Full Booth Space - $550.00 + HST. 10’w x 10’d carpeted space with professional pipe & drape/8’h white backdrop/3’h white draped side rails/2 chairs/Tabletop sign. 1-6’ banquet table with white skirting/2 exhibitor passes/ Comprehensive Wedding Couple lead list 2 weeks after the event. Double Booth Space - $1000.00 + HST 20’w x 10’d carpeted space with professional pipe & drape/8’h white backdrop/3’h white draped side rails/2-6’ banquet table with white skirting/2 chair/Tabletop Sign/2 exhibitor passes/Comprehensive Wedding Couple lead list 2 weeks after the event.
Exhibitor personnel must wear an official exhibitor pass, which will be provided on the day of the show. As indicated in the booth description above, each business will receive 2 exhibitor passes. Extra passes are available for $10 per pass. Please indicate below the number of extra passes you will require for the day. Any extra exhibitor pass fees will be included in your invoice.
Swag Bag Inserts *
Exhibitors are welcome to provide inserts (300) for the Swag Bag at no extra cost. Inserts must be provided to the Exhibitor Registration Table by 9am.
Electrical Outlet for Your Booth *
Please specify if you need to order electricity for your booth. If you tick YES, you are responsible for ordering your own electricity through Global Convention Services by clicking the order form link at the bottom of this page.

A $200 CAD non-refundable deposit is required per event to reserve your space, balance required 30 days before show. If registering for 2 shows a $200 deposit is required for each.
